***Holiday Extended Returns Window: Returnable items shipped between December 1 and December 31 are eligible for return until January 20th.

Kova by Sascha will happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund. 
Your return must be received within 14 business days from the date you received your shipment.
To process a return, please follow these simple steps steps:
Fill out the Return Form on the back of your Order Invoice.

Repackage your completed Return Form and item(s) securely in the original package or a suitable alternative.

Email sascha@kovabysascha.com, including your name and order number to request an electronic return shipping label.

Print out the electronic return shipping label emailed to you, affix this to the outside of your package and ship.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund or web credit for the items as you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.

Exchanges

We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

Price Adjustments
We are happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased online within 7 days of the item being placed on sale. All approved price adjustments will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase within 10 business days. We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. If an item is purchased at a sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further discounted.

SHIPPING
Free Shipping On All U.S. Orders
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.
We ship most of our orders within 24 hours of purchase from our New Jersey warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. For made to order items it will take minimum of 3 weeks for production until the product will be ready to ship. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

Overnight Shipping

Overnight orders placed by 1:00 PM Pacific Time will ship the same day and arrive the following day. Overnight orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will ship out the following day. Please note overnight orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday will ship on Monday.
